Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Some products, such as 8' antennas, incur extra shipping charges from UPS due to their size. Products that fall into this category will have a note indicating this on the product's page. This oversize charge is included in the UPS shipping costs shown during the checkout process. Both Air and Ground services are offered where available. Not all locations will be eligible for all shipping options. You will be given a choice of available shipping options during checkout. Please add two days to the selected shipping method for order processing. We prioritize air shipments but do not guarantee same day shipping. Important! UPS will not deliver to regular or military post office boxes. You must enter a physical street address for shipping. Orders are shipped from South Florida. The chart below gives a general idea of the UPS Ground transit times you can expect. Of course, these times are just estimates and can be affected by weather or other delays.
