If you have a problem with a product you have ordered from us, please contact us so that we can assist you. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange an item within 20 days of purchase. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number; it is required for all returns and exchanges. To receive a refund, the merchandise must be new and in the original factory packaging with all accessories, warranties and instructions. Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a refund, less shipping and handling. The refund will be applied to the original form of payment, or the product may be exchanged for another product. Once an RA number is given to you, please enclose a copy of your email receipt in your package with the RA number written on it. Also, clearly mark your RA number on the outside of the shipping container; do not write on the product box/packaging itself. All shipments must be properly packaged and insured; All Cellular Solutions is not responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping. We also recommend using a trackable shipping method for your peace of mind. All returns must have a Return Authorization number. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee if they do not meet the above criteria. |
