Placing an Order
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards only. We do not accept checks, money
orders, Paypal or any other type of payment. Do you ship orders COD (Cash on Delivery)?
No, we do not ship orders COD.
Can I place my order by phone?
No, all orders must be placed through our online store
at this time. Do you charge sales tax?
All orders shipped to an address in Florida will be
subject to state sales tax of 6%, plus county tax
(discretionary sales surtax) where applicable. Most
counties in Florida charge a surtax. As per Florida law,
tax is calculated on the entire order amount, including shipping
and handling fees. Sales tax is based upon the shipping
address (where the goods are delivered).
How do I know that you received my order?
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after your order is
placed (usually within minutes, although high internet
traffic could delay it). Please keep the email, as it is also your
receipt.
I placed an order but I did not receive an order
confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk mail folder for our
email. It may have been accidentally flagged as spam by
your email program. If that is not the case, please
contact us. Why is my cart empty even after I add items to my cart?
This is most likely due to your web browser blocking
"cookies". Our online store uses cookies to store the
information about your cart on your computer. Cookies
must be enabled in your browser in order for you to
place an order with
our store. Cookies are very common; almost all online
stores use them because they enhance the shopping
experience. Most browsers have these features enabled by
default; cookie settings are usually found in the
Options section of your browser. An cookie cannot be
used to get data from your hard drive, obtain your email
address or steal sensitive information about you.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we accept orders from many countries around the
world. If we accept orders from your country, it will be
displayed as a choice in the drop-down box on the
Checkout page.
My order will not go through. Why?
The most common reason for this error is that the billing name,
street address
and/or ZIP code you provided on the checkout form does not match the
corresponding information on file with
your credit card company. Be sure that you are providing
the main billing information for your account, not a
secondary shipping or authorized user address. Also,
check that you entered the correct credit card account
number, as well as the 3- or 4-digit Security Verification Code.

If you continue to have problems placing your order,
please contact your credit card company. Our credit card
authorizations are handled by Authorize.Net, one of the
country's largest and most respected payment gateway
providers. As part of
the authorization process, Authorize.Net compares
information provided by your credit card issuer to the
information you provide on the checkout form. It must
match, or the transaction will be declined. This process
is not under our control, and we cannot accept charges
that are not authorized.

Shipping
What type of shipping options do you offer?
We offer shipping via UPS. Availability of specific
delivery options such as Next Day Air is dependent upon
the shipping destination. Available options and pricing
will be displayed during the checkout process. Please

How will I know when my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email from us notifying you when
your order has shipped. It will contain tracking
information so that you can track your package.
How can I track the status of my
package?
Tracking
is available on our
Order Tracking page or on the
UPS
website. Use the tracking number included in the
shipping confirmation email.
How long will it take to get my
order?
It depends upon the shipping destination and the
delivery option you selected during the checkout
process. Please see our

more details.
My shipment never arrived. What
should I do?
If you have allowed a sufficient amount of time for the
package to arrive and it has not, please
contact us for assistance.
My package arrived with damaged
or missing items. What should I do?
Please
contact us immediately and we will be happy to
assist you. Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
No, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Do you ship internationally? We ship to many countries around the world. If we ship to your country, it will be displayed
as a choice in the drop-down box on the Checkout page.
What about customs taxes and fees on
international orders?
You are responsible for any taxes or duties assessed on
your packages. We ship ALL packages as "New Merchandise"
and will not attempt to cheat customs agencies at the
request of our customers.
Some countries will charge additional fees or taxes
due at the time of delivery. If you do not pay the
additional fees and/or taxes, the package may not be
delivered. If the package is returned to us, we will
reduce your refund by the total amount of additional
charges we incur, including a restocking fee. If you
refuse to pay the taxes or fees, and your package is
still delivered to you, we still hold you responsible
for the fees. By ordering from us, you authorize us to
charge your credit card for any additional fees we incur
due to taxes and/or fees, which are non-refundable.

What do you do with my personal information?
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. We
will never share your information with anyone; it is
used only to process your order. Please see our

How do you ensure that my information is secure?
Submitting transactions over the Internet can be as
secure (or more) as providing credit card or check payments in
person. All parties involved with processing any payment
transaction --including customers, merchants, merchant
service providers or businesses that handle customer

vigilant about protecting customer payment information.
You can safely enter your entire credit card number via
our secure server, which encrypts all submitted

that communications between your browser and our site's
web servers are private and secure.
All transactions are passed securely to our payment
gateway for verification and processing. We use
Authorize.Net to process all internet transactions.

processing services. For receiving and transmitting
customer payment information, Authorize.Net implements
the most advanced Internet security protocols.
Authorize.Net also consistently employs an extensive
